I have cleaned out my kitchen, false started, and started again on a way to eat gf, that I'll like and eat, and won't have to eat every day for the next week. One day at a time?
A few years ago, (less than 3 years ago, when I moved in), Whole Foods opened up approximately 6 miles from my house. I recently learned that they offer cooking classes. This is the class I'll be attending this evening:

Gluten Free Cooking
7:00pm Free
Chef Joe will be teaching us how to make a Gluten Free dinner that tastes great and is easy for anyone to put together. Bring your appetite and your gluten free questions. Registration Required.
I registered, and I will go. Sounds like they'll even feed me dinner. :)
Thanks for stopping by the Crispy Cook and good luck with La Vida Gluten-Free. It does get easier and easier. It's been four years now for our family and while my husband does miss a good chewy, crusty artisan loaf, there are plenty of other great things to chow down on out there. You'll find lots of good company and ideas and recipes on the blogosphere too!
